1. There will be non returnable deposit of 20% of the
total cost.
2. N.O.A. Main Hall - £15.00 per hour - plus a single
payment of £5.00 for making drinks etc or £10 for full cooking use, per
session, if the kitchen is used. Capacity 100 seated. (Area 78 square metres
hexagonal. 10.5 metres wall to wall).
3. N.O.A. Library - £8.00 per hour. Capacity 25. ( 27
square metres. 6x4.5 metres).
4. The Annexe
- £12.00 per hour. This has
a kitchenette included in the price. Capacity 50 seated less for active events.
5. Cutteslowe Pavilion - £12.00 per hour - plus extra per session
if the kitchen is used £5 for drinks, £10 if the cooker is used. Capacity 80
seated.
6. In addition a returnable deposit is usually required.
